How can I contact you?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We securely accept all major credit/debit cards, Klarna, iDEAL and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Can you send my order as a gift for customs purposes?

Yes, you definitely can, although we don't recommend do it this way in order to avoid unforeseen and unnecessary complications.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order. Check details you entered thoroughly before placing the order.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail.

Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hrs of the original order.

Did my order go through?

An order confirmation e-mail is sent after the order is placed. Check your inbox/spam, and add zendesuapparel@gmail.com to your contact book for future purchases. If it is missing, chances are that your order didn't go through correctly. Please contact us, we’ll sort it out!

My order is missing.

If your order or pieces from it are missing contact us and we will sort it out for you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel. Also if you make an account you'll have access to "My Orders" tab where you can check status of all of your orders.
